Project goals
We actually promote the rule of law, because without the rule of law there is no state, and without the state there is no justice for citizens because, without that, they can`t fulfill their rights based on UN declaration of Universal rights - right of freedom, justice and media. Also, the rule of law is indispensable for any society which tends to be democratic, so our main objective is to shed light on its importance to the general public and individual citizens, so as to contribute to the efforts of assuring a free and independent judiciary, to keep on struggling firmly against the corruption and crime, to support systematic respect of the human rights, to secure conditions for the existence and survival of free and professional media, and to emphasize the need of profound societal and legal reforms to achieve these goals. One of the main goals is supposed to incite political decision makers to implement the necessary reforms of judiciary system in Serbia and implement the EU recommendations in Chapter 23.
