The
activities of the project include the development and implementation of an
integrated information system of AERS, which consists of three modules: an
internal web application, an external web application and web services, and a
public application (portal), as well as the training of AERS staff to use the
Information system.
The goal of this project is to support the development of sustainable administrative and institutional capacities developed within the Energy Agency of the Republic of Serbia, with the aim of ensuring further harmonization, implementation of EU acquis and successful completion of accession negotiations in key chapters of the EU legal framework related to energy. The overall goal of this project is to support the Serbian administration to effectively fulfill the requirements and conditions arising from the accession negotiations and successfully manage the overall European integration and pre-accession.
The programme design consists of one component: Sustainable administrative and
institutional capacities developed within AERS in order to ensure further
harmonization, enforcement of the EU acquis and successful accomplishment of
the accession negotiations in the key EU acquis chapters related to energy.Through
this component the following specific results are to be delivered:

Result 2:
The Internal Web application of the integrated AERS information system
developed, tested, accepted and supported through pilot period;

Result 3:
The External Web application and Web services of the integrated AERS
information system developed, tested, accepted and, supported through pilot
period;

Result 4:
The Public applications of the integrated AERS information system developed,
tested, accepted and supported through pilot period;
· Result 5: AERS personnel trained on the use of the
integrated AERS Information System and documentation written and delivered.
