During the previous period, a team of urban planners, architects and engineers worked on the preparation of projects for the construction for solving housing issues of Roma families in two local governments - Svilajnac and Vrsac. A total of 11 new projects have been prepared - one project for the construction of a multi-family residential building in Svilajnac with 26 apartments, 8 projects for the construction of 8 individual houses with total of 11 apartments in settlement Balata in Vrsac to care for 11 families and two projects for two multi-family buildings with 8 units in Balata in Vršac, which will settle 8 families. The projects for the construction in Vršac were preceded by urban projects confirmed local Commission, as well as the issuance of location conditions and the development of projects for a building permit. Projects for the construction are an amended and expanded version of projects for building permits and are required by law.
All submitted projects for construction contain plans and drawings with detailed technical solutions, details of all elements, and additional calculations - the exact composition of walls and other structural elements, dimensions of openings and spaces, as well as their linings, and all materials to be used are specified for the facilities to be built. The projects prepared in this way will enable the construction of quality housing settlements for Roma families, for which they are intended.
